Data is used to deliver nutrition services, manage care plans, support communication, maintain legal and financial records, and secure the platform.

Medical files are stored in private object storage and are accessible only through authenticated application routes. We apply strict access controls, security headers, rate limiting, malware scan workflows, and immutable audit logging for sensitive admin actions.

We do not publicly expose your medical files. Access is restricted to you and authorized personnel involved in nutrition care and platform operations.
